Tryathlon

Te Maunga has been learning to do a recount.I know that i did well is that my recount has Punctuation and it is good.I should make it better by doing more intersecting recounts so i get better and better at doing recounts. here is my recount.

On Friday last week Paihia School had a tryathlon at the beach.

First Mrs Williams was talking to Paihia School about the awesome tryathlon.

Then we walked to the beach. When we were at the beach we were making sandcastles and I felt like the sun was burning me. Also I was watching the year 8 boys and girls swimming. After that I was watching the year 7,6 and 5 swimming too.

When Mihi finished swimming I ran with her to school. When I got to school

I ran around the field 2 times. I ran fast as I could through the goal post. Then I got a yummy chocolate bar from the teacher, also when I got to school I saw people zooming as fast as they could.

At the end when all of the kids finish doing the tryathlon we had a deliouce ice cream.I was a hungry hipo.
